Billing and Credits Policy
Rules for buying credits, wallet behavior, checkout approval, and service-change handling.
Credit Purchases
Credits are purchased in fixed packs and added to the account wallet only after payment is confirmed by the configured payment provider.
Checkout requests can be rejected or retried if payment approval is incomplete, duplicated, expired, or reversed.
Credit purchases are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly approved by Loopbox.
Wallet And Usage
Available credits can be spent immediately, while reserved credits are temporarily held for in-progress work until usage is settled, released, or refunded according to backend job state.
- Completed usage settles the final credit amount.
- Failed, canceled, expired, or orphaned operations may release reserved credits back to the account wallet when the backend determines that the operation did not complete successfully.
- Credits are not cash and cannot be transferred.
Service Change Handling
If Loopbox materially changes billing behavior, purchase terms, or discontinuation handling, the service may require updated notice or renewed consent before additional purchases.
Users should purchase credits in amounts that match near-term intended use rather than assuming indefinite future availability.
