Data We Process

Loopbox processes account identifiers, authentication events, billing records, project metadata, worker pairing records, and operational logs needed to operate the service.

The service also processes generated assets and related workflow metadata as part of project execution.

Service Providers

Loopbox may send prompts, reference media, generated media, billing events, and operational metadata to service providers that support AI generation, storage, payment processing, authentication, security, and hosting.

These providers process data only as needed to provide, secure, troubleshoot, or bill the service.

Operational Security

Operational metadata such as IP address, user agent, consent records, and request history may be retained for fraud prevention, troubleshooting, abuse response, and auditability.

Retention And Disclosure

Loopbox retains service records for operational, accounting, and legal reasons for only as long as needed under its retention rules.

Generated media may be deleted after its configured TTL expires. If an account is deleted, Loopbox will delete or anonymize account-associated service data unless retention is required for billing, fraud prevention, security, dispute handling, or legal obligations.

Loopbox may disclose data when required by law or when necessary to enforce service integrity and security obligations.
