Service Scope
Loopbox is a sole-proprietor operated hosted creative workflow service that provides project management, AI-assisted asset generation, and video rendering coordination.
Access to some features depends on account status, credit balance, worker availability, third-party provider availability, and operational limits.
Operator
The service operator is Loopbox.

Acceptable Use
Users must not abuse the service, bypass technical limits, share credentials, or use the service in ways that violate applicable law or third-party rights.
- Do not automate abusive traffic against authentication, generation, billing, or worker-install flows.
- Do not attempt to extract secrets, tamper with other users' projects, or interfere with service operations.
Availability And Changes
Loopbox may change, suspend, or discontinue features as the service evolves.
Material policy or pricing changes may require renewed user consent before continued use.
User Content And Generated Assets
Users are responsible for the prompts, reference files, uploaded materials, and generated outputs they create or use through Loopbox.
Users may use generated assets commercially, subject to applicable law, third-party provider terms, and third-party rights.
Loopbox does not guarantee that generated assets are unique, suitable for every commercial use, or free from third-party claims. Users are responsible for confirming that their use of generated assets does not infringe third-party rights.
Governing Law
These terms are intended to be governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea unless mandatory local consumer protection laws require otherwise.
